Courses/sessions are priced and run at

1. Group rates for socially distanced mixed groups for four or more.

2. Indivduals, families at private lesson rates. *

 

*(For private lessons add £50 per session total, i.e. for two people add £25 each to group rate)

Half day learn to surf group lesson (Part 1) :: =(£55)

*Before booking Please phone to check availability and discuss any special requirements or medical issues etc.

1. Fill in booking forms (If a family you can put everyone on one form but please fill in all details, ages, any medical issues etc.) For groups the group leader can fill in one form and provide a list of names and then bring completed booking forms to the session. (Please notify any special requirements or medical conditions in advance.)

2. Send off forms to St. Ishmaels address with payment for deposit of £100 (full amount if less than 30 days to course date), by cheque or postal order or pay online by BACs transfer. (Most clients pay full amount in advance to minimise administration later on.)

3. We will confirm your booking and receipt in writing and provide information on timetabling, what to wear, what to bring, meeting places etc.

4. For group bookings please keep us informed of numbers so that we can ensure cover. Numbers can usually be altered up to a day or two before the session as long as we know.

N.B. Full payment or a Deposit must be received before a booking enquiry becomes a booking.

​

Beginner courses are run daily in July and August, school holidays and most weekends from May 1 st . Improver courses run most weekends from May to Oct inclusive and mornings for children in July/Aug. Additional courses are run according to demand.

​

Sessions for groups of friends, families or corporate days can be run at any time of the year subject to availability/weather conditions.

​

Sessions will be run at the most suitable location on the day depending on weather, tides and surf conditions and the ability of course members. There is a phone-in/text from 8.30 on the morning of the session to confirm which beach and the start time. The surf school is located at our main operating base at PEBBLES cafe, NEWGALE BEACH. SA62 6BD (15 minutes from Haverfordwest on the St.Davids road)

In the event of no surf, (rare) the booking may be rescheduled by mutual agreement or otherwise a full refund will be made. An option of an alternative activity may be available tho there may be an extra payment required if the activity is of a higher value.

A full refund will be made for cancellations prior to 30 days before the session. Bookings may be transferred to another person providing a booking form is completed and any medical condition is notified.

In the event of a client cancelling within 30 days of the session or not attending a prebooked session an admin. charge of £25 will be taken from deposit paid or card To avoid this please ensure you have holiday/travel insurance to cover cancellation due to medical conditions / emergencies etc.).
